1. General & Ownership
- Operator: Metlait SRL (Costa Rica, Reg: 3-102-911867).
- Licensing: Licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission (License no. 0000064).
- Agreement: Registering an account at SkyCrown Australia confirms full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Bonus Policy, and Responsible Gaming rules.
2. Eligibility & Restrictions
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years old (or higher if required by domestic law).
- Bitcoin Players: Must submit a valid photo ID before making deposits or bets in BTC.
- Prohibited Countries: Real-money play is strictly forbidden for residents of the US, UK, Russia, Ukraine, Netherlands, Spain, France, Australia, and several other jurisdictions. Violators forfeit all winnings and withdrawals.
- Sweden: Residents are completely excluded from bonuses, VIP programs, and promotional rewards.
3. Game Restrictions
- VPN Policy: Using a VPN to bypass geographic game locks is strictly prohibited and results in the confiscation of winnings.
- Provider Blocks: NetEnt, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, and Amatic games have strict regional restrictions. For example, Amatic and NetEnt titles are unavailable in Australia.
4. Accounts, Verification & KYC
- One Account Rule: Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP, or device. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and all balances/winnings confiscated.
- No Commercial Use: Accounts are for personal entertainment only; selling, renting, or transferring accounts is forbidden.
- KYC Checks: Before processing withdrawals or refunds, the casino requires:
- Government-issued photo ID (Passport, ID card, or Driver’s License).
- Proof of address (Utility bill or bank statement less than 3 months old).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
- Verification Deadline: Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script (otherwise, video verification is required). If you fail to pass KYC or do not answer verification phone calls within two (2) weeks, your account will be locked and funds forfeited.
5. Anti-Fraud & Promotional Abuse
- Fraudulent Activities: Collusion, automated bots, exploiting software bugs, chargebacks, and false claims trigger immediate account termination and balance forfeiture.
- Bonus Abuse: Maintaining a deposit-to-bonus ratio over 50%, altering betting patterns to bypass wagering rules, or using multi-accounts to claim offers will void all bonuses and winnings.
- Unreported Bugs: Exploiting a software error instead of reporting it immediately makes the player liable for all financial damages caused to the casino.
6. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Minimum Deposit: €20 (or currency equivalent).
- Payment Names: Deposits must come from a card or account registered in the player’s exact legal name. Third-party deposits are confiscated.
- Crypto Deposits: Cryptocurrency transactions do not have maximum limits due to their decentralized nature.
Withdrawals & Turnovers
- Turnover Requirement: Every deposit must be wagered three (3) times before it can be withdrawn. Failing to meet this turnover results in a withdrawal refusal or a processing fee.
- Minimum Withdrawal: €20 (or cryptocurrency equivalent via Coinbase Converter).
- Limits:
- Daily: €5,000
- Weekly: €10,000 (rolling 7 days)
- Monthly: €30,000
- Jackpots: Progressive jackpot wins are paid out in full and are exempt from regular limits.
- No-Deposit Caps: Winnings from non-deposit bonuses are capped at a maximum of €50 / $50 USD (75 AUD/CAD/NZD).
7. Fees, Refunds & Dormancy
- Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months are charged a monthly maintenance fee of €30 until the balance reaches zero.
- Refunds: Requests must be filed within 24 hours of the transaction (or 30 days if unauthorized account access is alleged). All bonuses and winnings are deducted prior to calculating a refund.
- Financial Status: SkyCrown is not a financial institution. Accounts do not accrue interest, and currency/crypto conversion services are not provided.
8. Disputes, Liabilities & Legal
- Gambling Risk: The casino is not responsible for any financial losses incurred during gameplay.
- Technical Malfunctions: Wagers or payouts processed due to human or technical errors will be voided or re-settled under correct parameters by the casino.
- Dispute Resolution: In any game outcome dispute, the casino server logs serve as the final authority.
- Escalation: Unresolved support complaints can be escalated to the independent ADR body, EGIS ([email protected]).
- Time Limit: Any legal claim against the casino must be filed within one (1) year of the incident.
- Arbitration: All legal disputes must be resolved exclusively via binding arbitration in Costa Rica.
